We sign few
A mandate is a commitment, not one more line in a file. If a project makes no sense for the talent, we say no.
Our vision
Questmind represents talents across three fields with little in common: esports, sport, influence. Three worlds, three rhythms, one conviction: a talent isn't a product you place, it's a career you build and defend.
We've seen too many talents signed fast, hyped hard, then forgotten. We do the opposite: sign few, commit early, and carry every career as if it were the only one.
Most agencies work for the deal. We work for the person who signs it. And that changes everything. The contracts we accept, the ones we turn down, the way we negotiate every line. Reading the clauses no one reads, saying no when it's needed, preparing what's next while everything's going well. That's what representing someone is.
We'll never fill a catalogue. Every talent at Questmind is chosen, followed closely, and every mandate is seen through to the end. It's slow, demanding work, impossible to do at scale. So we don't do it at scale. It takes longer. That's also why it holds.
A mandate is a commitment, not one more line in a file. If a project makes no sense for the talent, we say no.
We arrive before the spotlight, not after. That's where careers are built, not when everyone wants a cut.
A well-represented talent is a well-informed one. The numbers, the risks, the refusals, everything is on the table, even when it's not pleasant to hear.
Every clause is read, every term is discussed. A contract signed fast is rarely a contract signed well.
No promises just to get a signature. What we say at the first meeting, we carry through to the end of the mandate.
A buzz lasts three weeks, a career lasts twenty years. We work for the second one.
Let’s talk about your project.
