Privacy policy

01 · Introduction

Questmind places particular importance on protecting the personal data of its users, talents, partners and visitors. This policy describes how your data is collected, used and protected, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (Informatique et Libertés).

02 · Data controller

The data controller is Questmind (SAS), whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, reachable at privacy@questmind.gg. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed; for any question about your data, write to privacy@questmind.gg.

03 · Data collected

Depending on your interaction with the site, we may collect: identification data (first name, last name, alias, email address); professional data (company, role, social networks, audience statistics for talents and partners); the content of messages sent through the contact form; and technical connection data (IP address, logs) required for the site to work and stay secure. Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms; otherwise the request cannot be handled.

04 · Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to answer your contact and business enquiries (pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest, art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f), manage the relationship with talents, athletes, creators and partners (performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b), handle applications (pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest), keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f) and meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c).

05 · Recipients

Your data is intended solely for Questmind's authorised staff and is neither sold nor shared with third parties. It may be shared with processors acting on the company's behalf and instructions, under agreements compliant with article 28 GDPR: Resend (sending the contact form emails) and Vercel (site hosting), both located in the United States. It may also be shared with administrative or judicial authorities where the law requires it.

06 · Transfers outside the European Union

Resend and Vercel are located in the United States. The related transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of these safeguards can be obtained at privacy@questmind.gg.

07 · Retention periods

Data is kept only as long as strictly necessary: contact requests and prospects, 3 years from the last contact; clients, talents and partners, the duration of the relationship then archiving of accounting records for up to 10 years as required by law; unsuccessful applications, 2 years unless you object; technical logs, 1 year.

08 · Security

Questmind implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access. Access to data is limited to authorised persons.

09 · Your rights

You have the right of access (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), erasure (art. 17), restriction of processing (art. 18), portability (art. 20) and objection, including to direct marketing (art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set instructions on the fate of your data after your death. To exercise them, write to privacy@questmind.gg or by post to the registered office; proof of identity may be requested. Questmind replies within one month, extendable by two months where the request is complex.

010 · Complaint

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or www.cnil.fr.

011 · Cookies

The site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and therefore sets no cookie subject to consent: no banner is required. Only a functional language-preference cookie is used for the site to work properly. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, which may affect some features.

012 · Minors

The site is not intended to collect data from persons under 15 without the consent of the holder of parental authority. Any such case brought to our attention would lead to the deletion of the data.

013 · Changes

This policy may be amended to reflect legal, regulatory or technical developments. The applicable version is the one in force when you consult the site. Last updated: 3 September 2026.
